As I write today’s comment, I’m looking out the window at a dreary, rainy day. Then I see this photo of a gorgeous, gay tulip and my mood lifts!
I don’t want to spend the entire winter looking forward to spring, but this beautiful tulip reminds me that there is a reason for every season.
Today’s rain is quenching thirsty soil which provides nutrients for tulip, daffodil, hyacinth, and many other spring bulbs.
Today, I vow to allow excitement and exuberance into my life. I vow to live my life like a tulip. . .gaily! (How about you?)
